2011 Canada Day Celebrations This Year's Theme is "Exploration" Schedule of Events
Time	Event Details
9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.	Pancake Breakfast - Centennial Park $2/person admission $3 for Rent-a-Plate (return plate for refund) Children under 5 years are free Bring your own cups, plates & cutlery or pay $3 rent-a-plate Note: Chinette plates are not compostable and must not be brought to the breakfast. This is a "Towards Zero Waste" Event.
11:30 a.m. - 12:00 Noon	Flag Raising Ceremony, Park Information Lawn, Main Street Birthday cake will be served.
1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.	Parade featuring Larry Wynn & the Jasper Pipe Band, Edmonton Transit Pipes and Drums, The Jasper Community Band, and more ... Form up at 12 noon at the Activity Centre Parking Lot. Parade begins at Activity Centre and winds through town. Note: No parking downtown between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Candy is not to be thrown from floats.
2:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m.*	Historical Walk Register at the Friends of JNP Store in the Information Centre on Main Street.
2:30 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.*	Food concession, beer gardens, live music, children's activities and more ... Sponsored by Jasper/Yellowhead Museum and Archives
Approximately 11:15 p.m.	Centennial Park Fireworks
